It's always a privilege to be asked to be a keynote speaker, judge or panellist when it comes to sharing my love of hotels, travel, sustainability and social media. I’ve explored the world, staying in stylish hotels from Sydney to Sao Paulo and Shanghai to Somerset and I know what guests want from a charming B&B, inner-city design hotel or a five-star spa, and the secret to attracting the right mix of people and getting them to make the right noises. London is home, but I have enjoyed spells living in Bali, New York, Athens, India; you could say I’ve slept around.
