As founding editor of Mr & Mrs Smith, I’ve cultivated a unique understanding of the boutique travel space from a media, marketing, booking and branding perspective as well as the customer journey and guest experience. Meeting philanthropic hoteliers and working with award-winning travel brands all over the world is what inspired me to share the most inspiring stories of sustainability through Bouteco.co. There’s nothing I love more than sharing ideas on how to make a property surprise, delight and stand out, from its look and feel to cultivating a voice and personality for a travel brand’s communications and social media through to its service proposition.
